Terms of service

Beanie & Sole is an independent creative studio. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Nike, Adidas, Puma, or any sneaker brand. 

Prices may change without prior notice. 

We may refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or misuse. 

All sneakers are 100% authentic, purchased from authorized retailers, and hand-painted into unique wearable art. 

Each piece is one of a kind; slight variations in color/design are natural and part of the art. 

Customers may order from pre-designed collections or request limited customization. 

We do not currently accept customer-supplied sneakers. 

Custom-painted sneakers require 7–10 business days for painting before shipping. 

Total delivery time is typically 15–20 days. 

Customers will receive order updates via email/WhatsApp. 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (before painting starts). 

Once painting begins, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. 

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or store credit. 

Sneakers are painted with durable, flexible paints but require proper care. 

Avoid soaking, machine washing, or harsh abrasion. 

Beanie & Sole is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or extreme wear. 

All designs, artwork, photos, and content belong to Beanie & Sole. 

Copying, modifying, or reselling our designs without permission is prohibited. 

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. 

We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, misuse of products, or third-party services. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. 

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
