Shipping Policy 

At Beanie & Sole, every sneaker is hand-painted with precision and care. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review our shipping policy below: 

 

1. Order Processing & Customization Time 

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. 

  • Each pair is hand-painted and requires 7–10 days for customization (depends on design complexity). 

  

2. Delivery Locations 

  • We currently ship only within India. 

  • International shipping will be introduced soon. 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline 

  • Processing + Painting: 7–10 days 

  • Shipping & Delivery: 5–7 days (may vary by location) 

  • Total Estimated Time: 12–18 days 

Since each pair is handcrafted, slight delays may occur during high demand. We will notify you in such cases. 

 

4. Shipping Costs 

  • Standard Shipping (India): Free — covered by Beanie & Sole. 

  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge (calculated at checkout). 

  • International Shipping (future): Charges will apply based on destination. 

 

5. Order tracking 

  • You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email once your order ships. 

 

6. Delays, lost or damaged packages 

  • If a package is lost or confirmed damaged in transit, we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost/damaged, we will offer a replacement or store credit. 

 

7. Return to Origin (RTO) / Failed delivery 

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, the following applies: 

  • We will contact you to confirm re-shipping with updated details. 

  • Re-shipping charges may apply. 

  • Orders refused upon delivery are non-refundable since they are custom-made. 

 

8. Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement and only if painting has not yet begun. 

  • If cancelled within 24 hours and painting has not started, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method (refunds take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on bank/payment processor). 

  • After painting has begun: Cancellation requests will be declined. At our discretion, we may offer store credit equal to the product value, but this is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.
