Exchange & Refund Policy

At Beanie & Sole, we create unique, hand-painted sneakers and custom fashion products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined below.
1. No Returns or Cancellations
Customized sneakers and wearable art products are non-returnable.
Orders cannot be cancelled once painting has begun.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in hand-painted work and are not considered defects.
2. Refunds / Replacements – Damaged or Wrong Product
We only offer resolution in the following cases:
Wrong product received.
Product arrives damaged or defective.
To qualify:
Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Claims after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
3. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, you may choose:
Replacement of the same design, OR
Exchange with another pre-designed sneaker of equal value, OR
Store Credit equal to the product value (usable for future orders).
Refunds are only provided if the ordered product is unavailable or cannot be replaced.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
For wrong/damaged products: Beanie & Sole covers return and replacement shipping costs.

6. Policy Updates
